You open Print Management. On the left side, click Print Servers, then applicable print server, and then click Printers. In the center pane, right-click the applicable printer, and click Deploy with Group Policy.

Under Server Manager, click Manage on the top tool bar. Select Add Roles, Features, and Role-based or Feature-based installation. Now, select a server from your server pool, print and document services.
